What is the Foundation’s position on the conflicts in Iraq and Afghanistan?

The Foundation is a non-political organization and takes no position on the conflicts. That said, we do believe it is our duty as citizens to support our troops and our nation. We also believe that if we, as a society, are willing to send our young men and women off to war, then we should do everything in our power to assist them when they come home. Our mission is to raise funds and awareness for those veterans past, present, and future who may be in crisis and in need of assistance.

Where does the Foundation get its money?

The Foundation raises money from individual contributors, corporations, and other donors.

Who is eligible?

The Board of Directors seeks and reviews 501(c)(3) non-profit organizations that directly assist veterans and current members of our military. We do not provide individual grants.

Is the Foundation a charity?

Yes, the Foundation is a Massachusetts-registered 501(c)(3) non-profit. Its Internal Revenue Service tax number is 06-1661229.

What are the Foundation’s administrative costs? Is there a salary for Board Members?

There are no administrative costs. Like our military, the Board of Directors is all-volunteer.

The Foundation is a non-profit organization that seeks to assist veterans and current members of our military fighting the war on terrorism. Through our fundraising efforts we donate substantial financial grants to military support organizations that deal directly with affected veterans and military personnel who are facing many challenges along with their families.
